TPU Filament
TPU 3D Printing in Gurgaon.
TPU is genuinely rubbery — bends, stretches and recovers like silicone. Perfect for phone cases, gaskets, wearables and vibration dampeners.
TPU technical specs.
These are the properties that matter when choosing TPU over another filament. If you're not sure which material fits your part, ask us on WhatsApp — we recommend based on how the part is used, not what sounds impressive.

When to choose TPU for your part.
TPU is the material that unlocks flexibility in FDM 3D printing. Instead of the rigid, brittle feel of PLA or the tough-but-hard feel of ABS, TPU bends, stretches and recovers like rubber. It's what you want for phone cases, drone landing gear, gaskets, shoe soles, vibration dampeners, and prosthetic cushioning.
The printing process for TPU is slower than for rigid filaments — the flexible strand can compress inside the extruder if pushed too hard. Our direct-drive FDM printers handle TPU reliably, but we still budget 3-5× the normal print time for flexible parts. That said, the finished part is genuinely rubbery, not a "kind of flexible" compromise.
For Gurgaon customers building wearables, automotive dampeners, or industrial sealing solutions, TPU opens up design possibilities you can't get from any other FDM filament. We stock both firm (95A) and soft (85A) variants — pick based on whether you want "shoe sole firm" or "rubber band bendy".
